Final product specifications, availability, and pricing are confirmed through formal quotation processes. We reserve the right to modify product offerings and pricing without prior notice.
4. Orders & Quotations
All product quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are subject to acceptance by VEYRONIX TRADING and confirmation of product availability from our suppliers. We reserve the right to decline orders or cancel transactions at our discretion.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established on a case-by-case basis depending on order value, customer credit status, and product type. Standard payment methods include wire transfer, letter of credit, and other internationally accepted payment instruments. All payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms.
6. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Delivery terms are established according to Incoterms 2020 and specified in individual sales contracts. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery according to the agreed Incoterms. VEYRONIX TRADING arranges logistics services but is not liable for carrier delays or damages during transit.
7. Quality & Warranties
Products are sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers. Quality standards and warranties are as provided by the original manufacturers. VEYRONIX TRADING does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.
8. Limitation of Liability
VEYRONIX TRADING’s liability is limited to the contract value of individual transactions. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from product use or trading activities.
9. Governing Law
